SPUTNIK automated group measuring units are designed to periodically determine the amount of liquid extracted from oil wells according to the program and monitor their operation in oil fields. Automated group measuring installations SPUTNIK with a SKJ meter are designed for periodic measurement of the amount of liquid extracted from low-flow wells (from 1 to 120 m3 /day), determining the flow rate according to a given program and monitoring the operation of wells. As a meter, a chamber liquid meter with a capacity of up to 120 m3 / day and a working pressure of up to 4 MPa is used. The installations consist of two blocks: technological and hardware. The blocks are made of three-layer metal panels with polyurethane foam insulation or basalt insulation. The room is provided with lighting, ventilation and heating.

The measuring group 3-phase installations are designed according to the principle of the SATELLITE AM40-400 installations and retain all their principles. Designed to work with oil mixtures containing a large percentage of paraffin. For this purpose, in the installations, instead of the float system for draining liquid from the separator and the turbine liquid meter TOR-50, ultrasonic overhead level indicator FRONTIER and liquid meter TAKE-off are installed. Additionally, an electric heater is installed in the separation tank.
