Reagent Preparation units NEFTEGAZMAS BR et al .

BR reagent preparation and dosing units are designed for metered injection of liquid demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors into the pipeline of the oil transportation and treatment system in order to carry out in-line demulsification of oil, as well as protection of pipelines and equipment from corrosion. The blocks consist of technological (explosion-proof B-1a) and hardware (general industrial design) premises. The equipment of the blocks is mounted on a welded frame and is located in a heat-insulated room.

Installed in the technological room:

• a metering pump (or plunger unit) that performs continuous volumetric dosing of liquid demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors;
• gear pump, which fills the process tank with reagent and periodically mixes the reagent in the tank;
• a rectangular flow tank, welded, designed for the metered injection of a certain volume of liquid demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors into the pipeline for a regulated period of time;
• the technological container is rectangular, welded, designed for storing and heating the reagent using a built-in electric heater. The process tank is connected to a liquid level indicator, which serves for visual monitoring of the liquid level.

The control of electrical equipment installed in the technological room of the unit (room and reagent heaters, lighting, fan, pumps) is carried out from the control cabinet located in the hardware room.
